We'll walk you through our findings in plain language — explaining your condition, what to expect, and a clear outline of your treatment plan.

 

Treatment

Your session will include therapeutic exercises and may also incorporate:

  • Postural & movement correction

  • Manual therapy (joint, myofascial, or scar tissue mobilisation)

  • Electrical physical agents (ultrasound, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, radial shockwave therapy)

  • Dry needling

  • Taping

You'll leave with a personalised home exercise program designed to support your recovery and help you manage your condition between sessions.
