What Can You Expect?

A comprehensive assessment will be conducted.

  • Detailed history taking of your symptoms/injuries.

  • Review of any doctor's report or medical results.

  • Thorough examination of your posture, movement, strength, mobility, and function.

Upon completion of the above assessment, there will be an in-depth discussion of the assessment findings.

  • Detailed explanation of your condition and possible prognosis.

  • Outline of your treatment plan.

Finally, the physiotherapy treatment will be administered.

This will include therapeutic exercises and one or more of the following:

  • Postural and movement correction

  • Manual therapy such as joint, myofascial, or scar tissue mobilisation

  • Electrical Physical Agents such as ultrasound therapy, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, and radial shockwave therapy

  • Dry needling

  • Taping

You will be given an individualised home exercise program to enhance the recovery or to manage your condition.
